God created you as a perfect being. You are flawless, immortal, immaculate, permanent, constant, unlimited and eternal. You can never change. You can never be changed. God's Will is done and your creation is forever. You are forever held in the mind of God in permanence. "The Thought God holds of you is like a star, unchangeable in an eternal. . .
"Each Soul knows God completely. This IS the miraculous power of the Soul. The fact that each Soul has this power completely is a fact that is entirely alien to human thinking, in which if any ONE has everything, there is nothing LEFT. God's miracles are as total as His Thought, because they ARE His thoughts. God shines in them. . .
First of all, let's touch on what the "authority problem" is. You as a Child of God, were authored by God. God caused you. His authority, or His power to Author you, designed you to be the way God wanted you to be. You are the result of His Will, your nature is as He chooses, everything you have is. . .
A. Sometimes ACIM says things like "God has not many Sons, but only One. " B. Sometimes ACIM says things like "We are the Sons of God Himself and therefore as holy as He is" Which is true? A? B? or Both? Why does Jesus say BOTH that God has only one son, AND then say that he has many of. . .
You can decide only this:a) I am caused by God. b) I am caused by the world. When believing you are at the effect of the world, upset by someone, hurt by something, vulnerable in some way, offended, attacked, damaged, sick, etc. . . . you are believing that you are CAUSED BY the world, and thus that the world is your creator. It. . .
The idea that you are totally equal to God, is what's called the Authority Problem. Actually it's also the idea of sin. Some who think their relationship with God is to be "one" with Him, and thus completely equal with Him, are not understanding that God came FIRST. Or that oneness does not actually mean "you are Him". He is. . .
In ACIM Jesus sometimes says things which SOUND contradictory, but they are not. He will claim one thing, then claim another, sometimes in the same sentence. And it will sound like the two things are totally opposite. So then you'll tend to conclude only one of the two statements can be true. But this is a mistake. Here are some. . .
A brother is an equal sibling, who shares the same parent as you. Right? Yes. So in order for there to be brothers, there has to be more than two children coming from the same parent, right? Yes. When the children exist as brothers, does the parent become obliterated? No, of course not. Does the fact that there are brothers,. . .
There is a divine order to your creation. God is the primary source and creator. Without him nothing exists, not even you. God created you. Just to be clear, that means everything that you are, everything that you have, everything you are capable of, came solely from God. You did not receive any attributes from the environment, from food, from. . .
Ok so this might be a bit controversial. It seems to me, there MUST be "different things" in heaven, somehow. When you start to look at it, there's just too many different things happening there. 1) God created the one son or sonship, which comprises the sons of God. That's fine. If God were to have only created this we. . .
Something that I am really connecting with strongly at the moment, is the very ultra-simple truth that I am GOD’S CREATION. This is reflected in ideas such as: ”I am forever an effect of God,” “I am still as God created me. ” I focus simply on the fact that whatever I am, I MUST BE what God has determined me. . .
There are two worlds. The Kingdom of God, which really exists, and the world we made to oppose the Kingdom as an assertion of death and non-existence. The Kingdom of God is a permanent, real world. It is Creation, in which everything is alive and has eternal life. All is immortal, perfect, loving and at peace. Nothing can ever happen. . .
God created you perfect. It's a done deal. You're already complete. You cannot add to yourself or take away. You can't be changed. You are permanently as God created you. He didn't leave anything out or fail to share anything or leave you less than completed. You can't be perfected or improved upon. You're already absolutely divine. So the one. . .
What you are, and what your brother is, is ONLY what has been given by God. Your inheritance, shared with your brother, comes only from God. You are permanent host to God. God is in you. He has shared his Will with you. He has given his Mind to you. You have his freedom and his love. You are ONLY. . .
If you as Christ, God's Son, are "one with God", does that mean you do not exist as an individual being/son? Does it mean there is only God and NO son? No. It also does not mean that your "brother" is an "ego idea of separation". Brothers are co-children of the same Father - God. In not one single one of. . .
THE DIVINE LOGIC OF THE KINGDOM <3 The Kingdom of God is God's thought system. It's a realm of mind and being in which there is a "logic" operating. It's a living logic. It is a functioning system of mind whose properties are derived from its foundation. The foundation of the system is God, so we have to begin by. . .
"Your creations ARE the logical outcome of His premises. HIS thinking has established them FOR you. They are therefore THERE, EXACTLY where they belong. They belong to your mind, as part of your identification with HIS. But your state of mind and your recognition of WHAT IS IN YOUR MIND depends, at any given moment, on what you believe ABOUT. . .
There is one reference to "vertical perception" in ACIM, as part of miracle principle 41. Jesus says: "41. The miracle is a learning device which lessens the need for time. The sudden shifts from horizontal to vertical perception which the miracle entails introduces an interval from which the doer and the receiver both emerge much farther along in time than. . .
